Wedded Bliss?

When e. and I first got engaged, we were debating whether or not to have a wedding ceremony. Wouldn't it be more fun to take that money and go on vacation? In the end, we decided to have a wedding, or else we might come to regret it. I mean, you only get married once right? (Crossing fingers.)

And after months of planning and a month to go, I'm happy with our decision (well, I might change my mind in a minute, I'm mercurial like that). Planning a wedding is a good indicator of how your marriage is going to work:

  • who is lazy and who is less lazy
  • your attitudes toward spending money
  • how to deal with your in-laws
  • who is the good cop and who is the bad cop
  • how you work together as a team

Hopefully, we'll come out of this alive.

Dude, you're thinking too much(well, I guess I would be too, if I were in your place). That's why you have friends to help you with stuff so that you can delegate some tasks and lighten the load on yourself. Try to enjoy it a little, mmmkay? =P
